Barber County
Located
in South Central Kansas and bordering Oklahoma, Barber County encompasses
more than 11,000 square miles.
Our grassland, with its rugged, scenic terrain known as the "Gyp Hills"
is the location of Ted Turner's buffalo ranch. The eastern half
of the county encompasses the population centers.
The people of Barber County are well educated and possess a strong work
